Order

Yes, we accept customisation for certain products subject to time and feasibility constraints. Kindly leave us a message via our store's contact form or social media profiles regarding your desired customisation. We will advise you accordingly.

Payment

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX). You can also arrange to make payment via PayLah! and PayNow.

No, we do not provide cash on delivery service.

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollar (SGD).

Shipping

Yes, self-collection or pick-up is encouraged! Kindly WhatsApp us at +65 9363 3800 to let us know what time to expect you. Please include your Order No. Our pick-up address is 38 Margaret Drive, Margaret Market, Unit 01-08, Singapore 141038. Parking is available at SkyResidence@Dawson.

Delivery service is only available for valid residential and commercial addresses within mainland Singapore and Sentosa. We do not accept deliveries to restricted areas, including Jurong Island, Changi Cargo Complex, port terminals, offshore islands (excluding Sentosa), and military camps. For deliveries to the CBD or Marina areas, there will be an additional surcharge of $5, which will be collected separately. We reserve the right to decline any delivery if the address provided is invalid, inaccessible, or part of a restricted area.

Delivery charges vary depending on how far your shipping address is relative to our dispatch location (38 Margaret Drive, Margaret Market, Unit 01-08, Singapore 141038). They will be displayed to you on the Checkout page.

We work with an external logistics provider, who in turn determines the final delivery charges.

The general guidelines for delivery fees are as follows, subject to the discretion of our logistics provider:

  • Zone 1: 0 to 4km – $15
  • Zone 2: 4 to 8km – $17
  • Zone 3: 8 to 13km – $20
  • Zone 4: 13 to 20km – $23
  • Zone 5: Above 20km – $25

For deliveries to the CBD and Marina areas, there will be an additional surcharge of $5, to be paid separately.

No, we are only able to make local deliveries.



Post-Sales

We can only accept requests for refunds in the event of either circumstances:

  • If you do not receive the correct order.
  • If we are unable to fulfil your order.
  • Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
We will try our utmost to address any issue you may have regarding your received product.

No, we do not provide exchange or return due to food safety and hygiene concerns.

Kindly check the condition of the delivered product before acceptance. We do not take responsibility for any product that is damaged after acceptance. If the product you received is damaged at the point of delivery, contact us via our store's contact form or social media profiles. We will do our utmost to make alternative arrangements for you.



Storage

It depends on the product, flavour, and storage condition. We recommend that you consume the product as soon as you have received them. Kindly refer to the product page for our safety guidelines on consumption and storage.
