Pre-order in-store (at least one day in advance) or pre-order online, then redeem by 30 September 2023 during pick-up at our bakery cafe. Kindly approach our friendly counter staff to initiate the redemption.

Need a caffeine fix? Start your day with a cup of coffee that’s smooth, medium-bodied and richly flavoured. Our coffee is a specialty bend of Arabica beans grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soils of Guatemala’s tropical valleys and the famed coffee-producing Cerrado Minas Gerais region of Brazil. Roasted to perfection, the beans exude robust flavours of milk chocolate and toffee, alongside aromatic hints of pecans and maple syrup.


    • ✤ Each Auspicious Mandarin Orange Cake purchased entitles you to redeem one complimentary cup of select beverages during your scheduled pick-up at our bakery cafe.
      ✤ Pick-up dates must be in the month of September 2023 to qualify for complimentary beverages.
      ✤ Complimentary beverages are non-transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
      ✤ Complimentary beverages will be provided in takeaway containers.
      ✤ In the event that any complimentary beverages are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of equal value.
      ✤ We reserve the right to reject a redemption request if the customer is unable to produce a valid proof of purchase.
      ✤ Redemption can only be made during our Barista Hours:
      • ~ Tuesdays: 10.30am – 4pm
        ~ Wednesdays: 1pm – 4pm
        ~ Thursdays: 10.30am – 4pm
        ~ Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays: 10.30am – 8.30pm

    Glazed in a coat of mandarin orange sauce, the sponge cake is light and airy with uplifting citrusy undertones. Perfect for sharing, each slice will surely bring lip-smacking delight to your relatives and loved ones.

    Shelf Life: Up to 3 days, if kept refrigerated. Store in an airtight container or cling wrap the cake box to prevent the cake from drying out. Let stand for 20 minutes in room temperature before eating.

    Shipping: Only available for pickup at our bakery cafe.

    The cake was nice and moist. The size was also of good size for sharing and we all like the cake. If there is anything to nitpick, it is just that we find that the cake a bit too sweet and would be perfect if the sweetness could be further reduced. Overall, still a nice cake.

    The mandarin orange is so goodddd. It is not too sweet and the chiffon cake is so soft and fluffy. If you like something not too heavy, citrus ans refreshing,this is the one!
